The
system.
Reflexlabs is an AI-native product studio in Coimbatore, India — we build the products teams couldn’t build before. This is the single source of truth for how the brand looks and behaves: one restrained palette, one typeface, one grid, one motion language. Use it to keep every surface — site, deck, doc, product — unmistakably ours.
Engineered
Everything sits on a visible grid with hairline borders. Precision reads as competence.
Restrained
Cream canvas, near-black ink, one hot orange. Color is earned, never decorative.
Editorial
Big uppercase display type, generous space, quiet labels. It should feel published, not templated.
Kinetic
Motion is purposeful — reveals, rises and one easing curve. Nothing bounces for attention.
The mark
The Reflexlabs mark is a pixel-built monogram — a reflex captured as a grid. It is the primary identifier and always appears square. Pair it with the “Reflexlabs AI” wordmark in Poppins SemiBold when the context needs naming.

Clearspace & minimum size
Do & don’t
- Keep the mark square and at full opacity.
- Use the approved cream, ink, paper or orange grounds.
- Give it room — respect the clearspace.
- Stretch, rotate, or skew the mark.
- Recolor it or add shadows, gradients or glows.
- Place it on a busy photo or low-contrast ground.
Palette
A cream canvas, near-black ink, and a single hot orange do almost all the work. Neutrals carry structure and secondary text. Click any swatch to copy its hex.

Brand gradient
linear-gradient(90°, #FF3131, #FF914D)
The Reflex Gradient is our expressive brand mark — a 90° sweep from #FF3131 to #FF914D, set on white. Reserve it for hero moments, covers and key graphics; use flat Reflex Orange for everyday UI accents.
Usage balance
Orange is an accent, not a background. Aim for roughly one orange moment per view — a CTA, an active state, a single highlighted word. Never set body text in orange.
Poppins, one family
The entire system runs on Poppins in four weights. Display and headings are uppercase with tight tracking; body stays sentence-case and comfortable. Labels are small, wide-tracked and quiet.

How we sound
We write the way we build: plainly, precisely, and without hype. We are engineers who ship, so the copy is confident and specific — claims are concrete, sentences are short, and jargon earns its place.
Precise
Say the specific thing. “Shipped to production in six weeks” beats “fast delivery.”
Plain
Short sentences. Real words. If a term needs a glossary, cut it or explain it once.
Confident
State it, don’t hedge. We know what we build and why it works — no “we think” padding.
Human
Warm, not corporate. We talk to a person building something, not a “user segment.”
“We build the products teams couldn’t build before.”
“Embedded in your repos and your standups.”
“Voice AI, legal, restaurant and climate technology.”
“Leveraging synergies to unlock next-gen paradigms.”
“World-class, best-in-breed, cutting-edge solutions.”
“Revolutionary AI that will disrupt everything.”
