Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reflexlabs.ai (the “Site”) and the products, applications, tools, and services we provide (together, the “Services”). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
About us
Reflexlabs AI (“Reflexlabs”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-native product studio based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at contact@reflexlabs.ai.
Using the Site and Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site and Services for lawful personal or business purposes, in line with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of them and for anything done through your access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site or Services at any time.
Engagements
Where we deliver studio, consulting, or engineering work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work setting out the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Where these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, that agreement controls for the engagement. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a guarantee of a particular outcome; it describes how we work.
Intellectual property
The Site, the Services, and their content — including our name, wordmark, design, software, and code — belong to Reflexlabs or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the licence above, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reuse them without our written permission.
Ownership of client work
Ownership of work produced during a client engagement — including code, documentation, models, and evaluations — is set out in the applicable agreement, and as a rule belongs to the client on those terms. We retain rights to our pre-existing materials, tools, and general know-how used to produce it.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit to us or through the Services. By submitting it, you grant us permission to use it only to operate the Services and respond to you, and you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it breaches no law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or Services — including by using them unlawfully, attempting to breach their security, disrupting their operation, scraping them at scale, or using them to transmit harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
Third-party services
The Site and Services may link to or rely on third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflexlabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Reflexlabs harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different terms agreed in a signed engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the effective date above. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the update.
